Precocious Mensa member Gianna Droz excels in almost every subject including math, science and reading, which has earned her a spot at the prestigious Aurora Quest School in Colorado. Gianna's mom constantly challenges her believing that being "born smart" is not an accomplishment on Gianna's part, therefore, she feels Gianna must work hard and make positive choices every day to succeed in life. Gianna opposes typical stereotypes by being the only girl on her football team.

Gianna is reading at 11th grade level in 2nd grade. Additionally, she is a math whiz who is both academically and emotionally mature.
