Additional stage credits include "The Ten Commandments: The Musical" at the Kodak Theater, and "A Christmas Carol: The Musical" at Madison Square Garden.
Phillips recorded a voice solo composed by Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz for the film "Noel," starring Robin Williams and Susan Sarandon. He is also a soloist on Meat Loaf's "Bat Out of Hell III" album, and has appeared on The Today Show as a soloist. In his spare time, Phillips is involved in several charities, including Oceana, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Direct Connections to Africa, which provides educational supplies, scholarships, job development and medical needs to African villages. He is also an avid photographer.
