Harry Soo from "BBQ Pitmasters" is one of the pitmasters featured in Season 1 of the TLC reality series. Harry ("BBQ Pitmasters") is head cook of team Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ in Diamond Bar, California.

Harry Soo's team name is Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ. He calls his style of pit Weber Bullet Smoker aka Weber Smokey Mountain aka Weber Water Smoker aka WSM. He and his team won $20,000 in competition in 2009. Their favorite dish to cook and/or most award dish is spareribs. His favorite food other than BBQ is Thai or Japanese.

His secret tip for barbecuing is to cook from the heart with love and intention and... practice, practice, practice.
