Hector Barragan from "Killer Contact" stars in the Syfy paranormal reality series.

Hector Barragan is the founder of Southern Arizona Ghost and Paranormal Society (SAGAPS), based in his Tucson hometown, and has been in passionate pursuit of the paranormal for more than six years. His sense of boyish wonder and cheerful excitement are well-balanced by a skeptical nature, which leads him to insist on extensive review of hard evidence before he's even willing to entertain the notion that something might be paranormal.

With a background as an IT service technician, Hector has put his technical savvy and love of gadgets to good use while investigating paranormal activity. His current trade, as a digital media developer, also allows him to use his particular expertise in setting up video cameras at on-site investigations to capture anomalous activity.

Hector is fascinated by the Lost Colony of Roanoke and Japan's Suicide Forest, as well as the life and death of William Wallace, and dreams of investigating historical sites and battlefields linked to the famed leader of the Wars of Scottish Independence.
