Sixteen new aspiring restaurateurs step up to the plate on the piping-hot new season of "Hell's Kitchen." These culinary contenders will brave not only the heat, but also the sharp tongue of superstar chef Gordon Ramsay as they compete to win a life-changing prize.
Each week, Ramsay puts the contestants through a series of grueling challenges, including baking in the all-new pizza ovens, catering a high school prom, introducing sushi to the "Hell's Kitchen" menu, serving breakfast to hard-working EMTs and celebrating the series' milestone 100th episode with a black-tie dinner service.
As the chefs are winnowed down, only those who catch Ramsay's eye will get to advance to the next round. Hoping for the coveted black chef jacket, the chefs will compete against one another, striving to survive another week. Eventually two finalists will compete head-to-head to impress Ramsay and one lucky chef will walk away with a head chef position at LA Market at the JW Marriott Hotel Los Angeles at L.A. LIVE and the opportunity to be the official spokesperson for Rosemount Estate Wines.
The "Hell's Kitchen 8" chefs are Louis Repucci, Boris Poleschuk, Trev McGrath, Rob McCue; Russell Kook II, Lewis Curtis, Raj Brandston, Vinny Accardi Jr., Nona Sivley, Gail Novenario, Lisa LaFranca, Emily Kutchins, Jillian Flathers, Antonia Boregman, Sabrina Brimhall and Melissa Doney.

Season 6
Tuesday nights will sizzle this summer when Chef Gordon Ramsay welcomes the nation's most talented and trained chefs yet to a sixth course of his unscripted series "Hell's Kitchen."
Each week Ramsay grills the ambitious hopefuls, putting them through rigorous culinary challenges and testing them to see who can handle the pressure of a fast-paced kitchen where only the skilled survive. In each episode, Ramsay will eliminate one chef while the rest remain to fillet their way toward the grand prize of a Head Chef position at Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia, Canada. Established in 1981, Araxi continues to raise the culinary bar in Whistler. The winning contestant will have the added privilege of joining executive chef James Walt in welcoming the world during the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
On the season premiere, Chef Ramsay wastes no time and sends the 16 chefs to the kitchen to create their signature dishes. Unlike past seasons, the signature dish challenge becomes a team challenge, pitting the men against the women. After the signature dishes of each team are presented to Gordon, one team will receive a coveted special prize, while the others will experience the agony of losing in Gordon's kitchen. Don't miss when an aspiring chef goes head-to-head with Chef Ramsay for the first time ever in the most explosive, most outrageous and most intense elimination round ever seen on "Hell's Kitchen."
Season 5
Thursday nights heat up this winter as a new batch of 16 aspiring chefs step through the doors of "Hell's Kitchen" to face world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay as he serves up the fifth course of his fiery unscripted series.
The chefs have varying degrees of culinary experience, but all are incredibly passionate about food. Demanding absolute perfection, Ramsay puts the chefs through rigorous culinary challenges, testing to see who will boil under the intense pressure. Each week, Ramsay will send one chef home, and the rest are left to sauté their way toward the grand prize of a "Head Chef" position at the East Coast's leading resort destination, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Since opening in 2003, Borgata has raised the culinary bar in Atlantic City introducing world-class dining experiences to the market.
During the season premiere, the 16 chefs enter "Hell's Kitchen" and get to work right away by preparing and presenting their signature dishes to Chef Ramsay. Unlike past seasons, Ramsay is pleasantly surprised by some of the chef's creations. After the taste test, they waste no time breaking up into teams and prepping for that night's dinner service. When the doors of "Hell's Kitchen" open and the intensity heats up, tempers flare and emotions run high.
Season 3
Mondays are going to be hell for the 12 would-be restaurateurs trying to impress chef Gordon Ramsay. And to add fuel to the fire… it's the men versus the women in the third serving of "Hell's Kitchen."
A former pro-soccer-player-turned-Michelin-starred-chef, Ramsay has conquered London's haute cuisine scene and recently opened his first U.S. restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at the London, in New York City. Now he's back to discover—or create—America's next culinary star on "Hell's Kitchen."
The heat is on and the "steaks" are high as the contestants endure Ramsay's hellishly intense culinary boot camp on "Hell's Kitchen" for a chance to win the grand prize and opportunity of a lifetime—the coveted title of Head Chef at a new fine Italian restaurant at the luxurious Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino in Las Vegas. Green Valley Ranch is the sister-luxury property of the Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa, where "Hell's Kitchen" Season Two winner Heather West is currently working as senior chef at Terra Rossa restaurant.
Each week on "Hell's Kitchen" Ramsay will grill the ambitious hopefuls as they attempt to prove they have what it takes to run their own restaurant. He will slice and dice the contestants, keeping only those who possess the right combination of ingredients to ensure success. The contestants' inexperience, combined with the perfectionist Ramsay's acid tongue, may be a recipe for disaster, but for one aspiring restaurateur it's the chance of a lifetime. In this pressure-cooker environment, only one thing is certain: if the contestants can't stand the heat, they'll have to get out of "Hell's Kitchen."
