"HGTV'd" is a series for anyone who's ever fantasized about HGTV knocking on their door and telling them they're getting a home makeover. That dream is about to come true in "HGTV'd." In each episode, a different HGTV star will travel across America in an 18-wheeler, surprising fans with jaw-dropping makeovers and over-the top home transformations.
The makeovers will feature high-impact, ingenious and visually stunning room designs created by HGTV stars such as David Bromstad ("Color Splash"), John Gidding ("Curb Appeal: The Block"), Genevieve Gorder ("Dear Genevieve"), Sabrina Soto ("Get It Sold" and "Real Estate Intervention") and Vern Yip ("HGTV Design Star"). Each week, designers will drive up in a specially outfitted HGTV'd truck ready to transform outdated family rooms, dull basements and boring backyards into astonishing, one-of-a-kind spaces.
The series is expected to premiere in summer 2011.
