Holt McCallany stars in "Lights Out" on FX as Patrick Leary, a former world champion boxer who is diagnosed with pugilistic dementia and struggles to find his identity and support his wife and three daughters after retiring from the ring.
Holt McCallany is perhaps best known for his recurring roles in NBC's "Heroes" as Ricky in 2007 and in CBS's "CSI: Miami" as Detective John Hagen from 2003 to 2005. Hagen suffered from psychological problems and committed suicide in the third season finale.
