VH1's "I Want to Work for Diddy" is back for Season 2.

In the midst of one of our country's largest recessions, we have at least one person who happens to be hiring: Sean "Diddy" Combs. "I Want to Work for Diddy" is back again for Season 2 and this time, the man himself will play an even bigger role in his search for the perfect applicant. On "I Want to Work for Diddy 2," he will be searching the globe for the one assistant who is up to the demanding, yet rewarding task of working for one of the world's most high-profile CEOs. On "I Want to Work for Diddy" Season 2, a batch of 11 new hopefuls will be granted the opportunity to battle it out for the toughest and most rewarding of jobs in "the business." This time, the challenges will only get harder on "I Want to Work for Diddy 2."

After an exhaustive nationwide search, VH1 found 11 determined young men and women with the raw potential to assist and flourish under the wings of one of the world's most demanding CEOs. Each one-hour episode of "I Want to Work for Diddy 2" showcases a range of challenges, many based on the real life experiences of Diddy's previous assistants. In addition to completing these tasks on "I Want to Work for Diddy," the applicants must also do their best to impress an intimidating panel of judges: renowned business entrepreneur and Founder and President of Uptown Records Andre Harrell, Diddy's ultimate henchman, Bad Boy executive Phil Robinson and Sean John Marketing Manager and former assistant Capricorn Clarke. Throughout Season 2 of "I Want to Work for Diddy," Sean Combs will share his business acumen with viewers by setting up a series of challenges that test the skills of business efficiency and perseverance.
