Jackie Ivey is the youngest in the house and differs from her older sisters in that she is much quieter, and doesn't have any long-term goals yet. She goes to a public school where there are a lot of problems, which really upsets Coolio and often gets her involved in bad situations. Coolio is determined to change this, and believes the catering business could be a good way to help her find herself and come out of her shell, while keeping her out of trouble.
