Jake Maskall stars in "The Royals" on E! Entertainment as the nefarious brother of King Simon (Vincent Regan), Cyrus, who has gone through life with none of the responsibility, but all of the benefits of a King's existence. Cyrus is a man of dubious moral fiber who will stop at nothing to reverse the injustice of being second born.

Jake Maskall is a versatile actor, who has worked in theater, television and feature films. On television, he played Danny Moon in BBC's "EastEnders" and Lord Montague in Showtime's "The Tudors." He has guest starred in such UK series as "Murder City," "Doctors" and "Skins" and made his television debut in an episode of "Casualty." More recently, he made an appearance in History Channel's miniseries "The Bible."

Among other film roles, Maskall has played the vampire Strigoi in "Beyond the Rave," roman officer Argos in "Centurion," Don John in "Much Ado About Nothing" and Mephestopheles in "Faustus." Maskall was more recently seen as Adrian in "The Adored," in which most of his scenes were set in an office with a therapist, where he had nowhere to hide and needed to find an honesty and depth to his character.
