Jakob Karr from "So You Think You Can Dance" is one of the top 20 contestants on Season 6 of the FOX reality dance competition. He currently lives in New York, New York, but is originally from Wendermere, Florida. He is 19 years old. His dance specialty is contemporary.

Jakob Karr is a sophomore at Fordham University in New York. In 2008, he was named New York City Dance Alliance's National Senior Outstanding Dancer. In addition to dancing, he also enjoys scuba diving.
