James Remar stars as Harry Morgan on Showtime's "Dexter."

James Remar has appeared in more than 50 feature films, numerous television projects and on the New York stage. James Remar has played historical figures such as General Omar Bradley in "Ike: Countdown To D-Day" and Dutch Schultz in "The Cotton Club." James Remar's most memorable performances include a streetwise gang kid in "The Warriors" and the billionaire playboy "Richard" in "Sex And The City."

Other notable film credits for James Remar include "48 Hrs.," "What Lies Beneath," "Drugstore Cowboy" and "2Fast 2Furious." James Remar's work has been honored with an Academy Award as the star of "Session Man," the 1991 recipient of Best Live Action Short Subject and a SAG Award for Best Ensemble Comedy Cast for "Sex And The City" in 2001.
