Jane Badler stars in "V" (2010) on ABC in the recurring role of Diana, mother to Anna (Morena Baccarin), who is now the leader of the Vs. Badler will make her debut in the Season 2 premiere of the series.
Jane Badler won Miss New Hampshire and competed at the 1973 Miss America Pageant. She attended Northwestern University where she majored in drama. Her big break came with the role of Melinda Cramer Janssen on "One Life to Live" from 1977 to 1981 and again in 1983. She also appeared as Natalie Bell in the daytime soap opera "The Doctors" from 1981 to 1982.

She also co-starred with José Ferrer in the supernatural TV movie thriller "Covenant" and played the recurring role of Meredith Braxton on CBS's "Falcon Crest." She made guest appearances on "Riptide," "Hotel," and "Murder, She Wrote." In 1987, she starred in the short-lived action-adventure series "The Highwayman." She then traveled to Australia to play agent Shannon Reed in the 1980s revival of "Mission: Impossible."
After "Mission: Impossible" ended, Badler moved to Australia permanently and married businessman Stephen Hains, with whom she has two sons: Sam and Henry. She appeared on the Australian game show "Cluedo" and had a guest-starring role in "Snowy River: The McGregor Saga."
In the 1990s, she launched a stage career and cabaret act, including the one-woman show "The Love Goddess: Rita Hayworth." Badler released her debut solo album, "The Devil Has My Double," in 2008.
