dynamic, refreshing acting that has captivated audiences and won her fans the world over. Now an established writer, producer, and actress on the national comedy scene, Janet's unique brand of entertainment keeps her in demand from coast-to-coast.

Since moving to Los Angeles from San Francisco in 2004, Janet hit the ground running and has (so far) landed series regular roles on six different series and pilots, including her long-running stint as co-host of TBS's "Dinner and a Movie"; the Mark Burnett-Steven Spielberg-produced "On the Lot"; and the broadband sketch series "HPC," with Dave Koechner, Diedrich Bader and Kristin Wiig. She also has a recurring role as a television executive on HBO's "Entourage," and has guest-starred on such hit series as "Bones," "Psych," "What About Ted?" and "How I Met Your Mother."

In films, Janet has found herself appearing alongside Owen Wilson in "Drillbit Taylor," Halle Berry in "Catwoman" and in the Lionsgate feature "Still Waiting" as part of an ensemble cast including Justin Long, John Michael Higgins and Luiz Guzman. Janet was also one of the leads in the comedy, "Nic & Tristan Go Mega Dega," starring the dynamic, 10 year-old skateboarding Puehse twins.

Janet is the co-creator and co-producer of one of the largest and most successful comedy festivals in the country, San Francisco Sketchfest. Now in its wildly popular 7th year, SF Sketchfest yearly brings together the biggest names and the brightest up-and-comers in the comedy scene; past participants include Paul Reubens, Kids in the Hall, The Onion, Dave Eggers, UCB, Mystery Science Theatre 3000, Fred Willard and Stella. Selected by Janet's keen eye and nurtured under her guidance for a month of production and networking, the talent that gathers each year in San Francisco has firmly established the Bay Area as ground zero for the international sketch community.
