Most recently she has served as a medical correspondent for CBS News and a medical contributor for Fox News. She has been a regular guest expert on "The Dr. Oz Show," and has also been a featured expert on XM Radio's "Oprah & Friends" with Dr. Mehmet Oz, and appeared on TLC's "A Baby Story" and on PBS. Dr. Ashton is the author of the award-winning book "The Body Scoop for Girls" and of "Your Body Beautiful" (2012).
