Jevgenij Sitochin stars in "The Game" on BBC America as Odin.

Born in 1959 in Siberia, Jevgenij Sitochin studied directing in Moscow. After numerous engagements in Moscow and Leningrad (St. Petersburg), he moved to Western Europe in 1991. As an actor he has worked with directors like Leander Hausmann, George Tabori, Peter Greenaway and Andrew Kriegenburg at such theaters as Burgtheater in Vienna, Schauspielhaus in Zurich, Schauspielhaus in Hamburg and Maxim Gorki Theater in Berlin. He also has appeared in numerous TV and feature films, including "The Bourne Supremacy," starring Matt Damon.

As a director, he worked at Mainzer Kammerspiele, TAT Frankfurt, Bremer Shakespeare Company, Theatre Vidy-Lausanne, Burgtheater in Vienna and the State Theatre in St. Pölten. For the Wiener Taschenoper, he staged the opera "Satyricon" (1999) by Bruno Maderna, "The Brave Little Tailor" (2006) by Wolfgang Mitterer, "Iron John" (2007) by Ali N. Askin, "Goose Girl" (2010) by Iris ter Schiphorst, the children's musical "A House Full of Music" (2008), and "John Cage" (Theatre Prize Stella, 2009).
