Jo Pearson from "Craft Wars" is one of the judges in the TLC reality competition series.

Jo Pearson is an author and host and has been the creative expert for North America's largest arts and crafts retailer, Michaels Stores, for the past 25 years. Her office at the company's headquarters is unlike most in corporate America; open her craft room doors, and you'll find a sea of color, feathers, flowers, glitter and glue. Pearson began crafting when she was seven years old, making potholders and selling them to family members and friends to earn money for more supplies.
