JoAnn Bivins from "Hillbilly Handfishin'" stars in the Animal Planet reality docu-series. She says, "The bigger the fish, the harder it's gonna bite."

JoAnn Bivins ("Hillbilly Handfishin'") met her husband Skipper Bivins while cruising down Main Street in 1989, and they have been inseparable ever since. Born in Texas, JoAnn moved to Oklahoma shortly after graduating high school. Though she did not grow up noodling, JoAnn and her husband noodle as often as they can. Despite the fact that this year has been the worst ever for noodling due to loss of rain and pollution, business is still doing great. To her, city slickers who come out to Oklahoma to noodle for the first time have the best reactions. The biggest catfish JoAnn has ever caught was 70 pounds about eight years ago.
