John Corbett stars as Max Gregson on Showtime's comedy, "United States of Tara."

Coming off a successful nationwide tour with his band, John Corbett was most recently seen in "Street Kings" with Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker and co-starred in "The Messengers" opposite Kristen Stewart. John Corbett also starred as Ian Miller in "My Big Fat Greek Wedding," one of the highest grossing independent films of all time.

Other film credits for John Corbett include "Raising Helen" opposite Kate Hudson and "Raise Your Voice" with Hilary Duff. In television, John Corbett is most recently known as Aidan Shaw from "Sex and the City" and was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2002. John Corbett also starred in the critically acclaimed FX series "Lucky." John Corbett is widely remembered for his role on the hit television series "Northern Exposure," for which he received Emmy and Golden Globe nominations.
