John Salley serves as one of the judges in truTV's "Talk Show the Game Show." He previously was one of the contestants in NBC's "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!," playing for Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and was also one of the celebrity race car drivers in ABC's "Fast Cars & Superstars: Gillette Young Guns Celebrity Race."

John "Spider" Salley is a former professional basketball player who played both power forward and center for the Detroit Pistons, Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers. He gained the nickname "Spider" for his in-your-face style of guarding his opponent. He is also the first player in NBA history to play on three different championship-winning franchises.

Following his retirement from the NBA in 2000, he tried his hand on the silver screen with roles in "Bad Boys" and "Bad Boys 2," "Eddie," and "Confession of a Shopaholic."

On television, Salley has hosted numerous award shows: the Emmy-nominated, critically acclaimed "The Best Damn Sports Show Period" on Fox Sports Network, "Ballers" on BET, his own talk show "Game On!" on The Reelz Channel, "The Car Show" on The Speed Channel; and more recently, the reunion shows of VH1's "Basketball Wives." He was also the radio host of "The John Salley Block Party" on 100.3 "The Beat Morning Show" in Los Angeles.

Salley is also the head of his own production company, John Salley Presents, Inc., where he uses his uncanny ability to find unique and interesting people and projects for television, film, and the Internet. In addition, he is actively involved with Operation Smile, PETA, and the fight against diabetes, for which he has actively petitioned congress to support the Child Nutrition Act and increase vegetarian options in meals served in public schools.

An advocate of the raw vegan lifestyle, Salley frequently speaks at VegFest's across the US. One of his main missions in life is to continue to educate people on the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle through better eating habits. With a passion for real food, wine, and spirits, he has contributed a number of articles to Wine Spectator, Cigar Aficionado, and LA Confidential.

John you crap me up going after Jackie on the reunion for LA Basketball Wives. I watched the show and all those girls were talking ish about each other. However, for some reason you are only focusing on Jackie's part in all of this. What about the other women? I really don't think you are fair. It's all about tv ratings for you. You lost my respect!
