John Weisbarth from "Tiny House Nation" is one of the co-hosts of the FYI reality series.

With more than a decade of live television experience and six regional Emmy Awards to his name, host John Weisbarth brings his high energy and award-winning style to "Tiny House Nation." But his first love isn't TV — it's fixing stuff. The son of a handyman, he grew up working for his father during the summers and in the years immediately following his graduation from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Quick witted and affable, Weisbarth is not afraid to laugh at himself, and his ability to connect with people is one of his greatest assets. As host, his energy and enthusiasm help guide people through the process of becoming tiny home owners and his constant encouragement helps them succeed in their journey towards immersion in the tiny home culture.

At 6'4" Weisbarth may seem a bit tall for the job, but he's got an over the top passion for building small. In short, there's no one better to convince even the biggest skeptic that tiny houses are the next big thing.

An avid surfer and soccer player, Weisbarth lives in San Diego with his family.
