Jonathan Morgan Heit stars in "Escape from Planet Earth" as the voice of Kipper "Kip" Supernova.

Child actor Jonathan Morgan Heit already has an impressive resume of feature film, television and voice-over credits to his name. In the feature world Heit starred in Shawn Levy's "Date Night," Garry Marshall's "Valentine's Day" and Adam Shankman's "Bedtime Stories." He also appeared in Disney's direct-to-DVD movies "The Search for Santa Paws," alongside Reese Alexander, and "Super Buddies," the latest installment in the successful "Buddy" series.

Heit has a lead role in the dramatic series "Granite Flats," which debuts in April 2013. His other television credits include appearances on "Monk," "How I Met Your Mother," "ER," "General Hospital" and "Close to Home." Heit has appeared in commercials for Comcast, Zales, Dodge, Wal-Mart, Publix and Barilla.

Already an accomplished voice-over performer, Heit is a series regular on Disney Junior's hit animated series "Jake and the Never Land Pirates," alongside Madison Pettis. His voice has also been heard in 18 episodes of the FOX hit "Family Guy."

Heit is an enthusiastic fundraiser and advocate for several causes including NextAid, the Los Angeles Mission, Book Pals and Lollypop Theater Network. He is the first kid ambassador for Soles4Souls, a charity organization that donates shoes to adults and children in need. He recently joined them on a trip to Haiti. Heit also appeared in the anti-smoking short The Call and is actively involved as a team leader for KIVA.

With a strong interest in directing when he grows up, Heit has already completed a course at the New York Film Academy. He wrote and directed the shorts It Happens and Coincidence.

The young actor loves playing lacrosse, basketball and tennis. He also enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, Shadow and Bella.
