Of Cuban descent and raised in Florida, Jordi Vilasuso won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor in a Drama Series in 2003 for playing Tony Santos in "Guiding Light." He is also known to soap opera fans for playing Griffin Castillo in "All My Children." In addition, he starred as Eddie Zarouvian in MyNetworkTV's telenovela "Fashion House."

More recently, Vilasuso was seen in primetime in A&E's drama series "The Glades" in the recurring role of Tony Morales. He has also appeared in episodes of NBC's "Parks and Recreation," CBS's "CSI: Miami" and "Numb3rs," ABC's "8 Simply Rules," and The WB's "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

On the big screen, Vilasuso has appeared in the "Angels Don't Sleep Here" with Robert Patrick and Roy Scheider, "The Lost City" with Andy Garcia and Bill Murray, "Heights," alongside Glenn Close, Elizabeth Banks and James Marsden, and "The Invitation," opposite Michiel Huisman and Logan Marshall-Green, among others

Vilasuso attended Glendale Community College in California. He enjoys taking photographs, reading poetry, writing and working out.
