Josh Duhamel as Danny McCoy on "Las Vegas" Molly Sims and Josh Duhamel on "Las Vegas" Josh Duhamel Pictures Josh Duhamel stars as Danny McCoy, the protégé of "Sin City's" most respected surveillance guru Ed Deline (James Caan) on NBC's hit drama "Las Vegas." Born in Minot, North Dakota, Josh Duhamel played football at Minot State University where he was studying biology with the intention of going to dental school. However, the aspiring dentist decided to forgo medical school and moved to Los Angeles. After a few months, Josh Duhamel landed his first acting job playing the title character in Oscar Wilde's "The Picture of Dorian Gray." Shortly after the shoot, Josh Duhamel moved to New York City to join the cast of "All My Children," playing a role that garnered him three Daytime Emmy nominations (he won in 2002). Currently, Josh Duhamel is filming Michael Bay's "Transformers: The Movie" and can be seen in the upcoming John Stockwell thriller "Turistas," which was filmed in Brazil. Josh Duhamel has also starred in the title role in DreamWork's "Win a Date with Tad Hamilton," directed by Robert Luketic. Josh Duhamel currently resides in Los Angeles.
