Joshua Close stars as Detective Henry Cole on ABC's "The Unusuals."

A native of Canada, Josh Close began his professional career when he won a role in "K:19: The Widowmaker," directed by Kathryn Bigelow, in the role of Viktor Bokov, the assistant to Harrison Ford's character, the Captain of a Russian submarine.

After attending Circle In The Square Theater School in New York, Joshua Close went on to roles in such movies as "Twist," a Canadian independent modern day Oliver Twist; "The Exorcism of Emily Rose," with Laura Linney; the comedy "Full of It"; "George Romero's Diary of the Dead," which won praise at the Toronto International Film Festival; "The Third Eye"; "At Home at the End of the World" and "The Man Who Lost Himself."

Joshua Close has also had recurring roles on the ABC series "Life as We Know It" and the HBO war miniseries, "The Pacific," produced by Steven Spielberg.

Josh Close divides his time between Los Angeles and New York.
