Further, she co-owns Arthouse Entertainment, a music publishing venture, with Bug Music, which has published such hits as: B.O.B's "Nothing On You," Bruno Mars' "Just The Way You Are" and Flo Rida's "Club Can't Handle Me."

DioGuardi's most recent songwriting releases cover a variety of music genres and include Darius Rucker's "This"; Colbie Caillat's "I Never Told You"; Carrie Underwood's "Undo It" and "Mama's Song"; Pink's "Sober"; Kelly Clarkson's "I Do Not Hook Up"; Cobra Starship featuring Leighton Meester's "Good Girls Go Bad"; and Theory of a Deadman's "Not Meant to Be," among others.

From DioGuardi's catalog of several hundred songs, over 304 have been released on major labels; and over 172 have appeared on multi-platinum-selling albums. Throughout her career, she has had over 40 worldwide charting singles, and her songs have helped propel more than 73 albums into the Top Ten of the Billboard 200. DioGuardi's songs are continuously featured in major feature films, television shows, film soundtracks, and radio spots, as well as national and international commercial campaigns.

In addition, DioGuardi's songs have been recorded by Grammy Award-winning artists such as Pink, Underwood, Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, Clarkson, Celine Dion, Rascall Flatts, Colbie Caillat, Santana, Faith Hill, Rucker, Toni Braxton, Meat Loaf and Marc Anthony. DioGuardi has achieved equal success internationally with hit singles for artists such as Enrique Iglesias, Anastacia, Ricky Martin, Kylie Minogue, Diego, Belinda, RBD, Eros Ramazzotti, Delta Goodrem, Darius, Thalia and Martine McCutcheon.

She also has a scholarship fund in her family's name, in conjunction with Columbus Citizens Foundation, which enables financially challenged Italian-Americans the opportunity to attend college.
