Keith Robinson stars as Chester Grant on FOX's "Canterbury's Law."

In the critically acclaimed feature film "Dreamgirls," Keith Robinson played "C.C. White," the brother of Jennifer Hudson's character, "Effie." Keith Robinson starred opposite Jamie Foxx, Beyoncé Knowles, Eddie Murphy, Danny Glover and Anika Noni Rose in Bill Condon's adaptation of the hit Broadway musical. The film won the Golden Globe for Best Picture and two Academy Awards, and received eight Oscar nominations and a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. Keith Robinson lent his voice to three songs on the film's soundtrack, including "Family" (which features a solo by Robinson) and the Oscar-nominated "Patience" with Murphy and Rose (which Robinson performed with Hudson, Knowles and Rose on the 79th Academy Awards broadcast).

Keith Robinson was first introduced to the public in 2004's film "Fat Albert." Keith Robinson then found success on television with regular roles on "American Dreams" and FX's "Over There." Keith Robinson won a 2006 Camie (Character and Morality in Entertainment) Award for his performance in "The Reading Room," an original Hallmark movie starring James Earl Jones.

Keith Robinson starred in the television miniseries "Comanche Moon," based on Larry McMurtry's prequel to "Lonesome Dove," in which he plays the young Danny Glover character, "Deets." Keith Robinson was also seen in the ensemble film "This Christmas" alongside Delroy Lindo, Regina King, Nia Long and Mekhi Phifer.

When Keith Robinson is not on set, the Kentucky native is in the recording studio working on an album and music for major motion pictures and television.
