Ken Civian from "Mounted in Alaska" stars in the History Channel reality docu-series. He works for Russell Knight at his shop, Knight's Taxidermy, in Anchorage, Alaska.

In the off-season, Ken Civian ("Mounted in Alaska") is the resident "utility guy," who does a little bit of everything around the shop. During hunting season, Ken diverts his attention to skinning and fleshing.

22 years ago, Ken was living a comfortable life in California with his wife and son, but hated his monotonous corporate job. In search of inspiration, he took a vacation alone to Alaska. Two days into the trip, he called his wife and told her to pack up. The family moved to Alaska and have been in heaven ever since. Ken took up a job as a hunting guide before settling down to work at Knight's full time two years ago.
