Krystle Arnold from "Say Yes to the Dress: Bridesmaids" stars in the TLC reality series.

Krystle is the manager of the bridesmaids department at Bridals by Lori. And she can get along with any bridesmaid: the know-it-all, the passive-aggressive bridesmaid, the diva and the girl who wishes it were her wedding. Krystle also works her consultant magic with moms. "Moms are opinionated when it comes to bridesmaids dresses. Sometimes they forget that these girls are young and don't have to be so conservative," she says.

Krystle's career in bridal began when she worked as a receptionist at a country club. She later became an event coordinator and planned a lot of weddings. But working in event planning meant a huge sacrifice. "I didn't have a life as a 21-year-old," Krystle explained. "From March until September, my weekends were shot." When Krystle saw an opening at Bridals by Lori, she came in part-time. She worked her way up to full-time and assistant manager before becoming the manager.

So, what does it take to be a bridesmaid consultant? "Patience is huge," Krystle says. "You have to listen to the bride and understand what she wants. Each bride is different. With some, you can be stern, and with others, you have to be gentle." In just an hour, Krystle has to get acquainted with a bridal party and find dresses that complement the bride's gown and appeal to an entire group of girls. To make the most of your time, Krystle advises shopping with a small group. "Bring one bridesmaid, the maid of honor and your mom. Otherwise, you'll have too many opinions."

The No. 1 client is obviously the bride. "I do feel for the bridesmaids," Krystle says. "I tell the brides, 'If you love the dress, and it's over the price point, get the dress you want by gifting some money to the bridesmaids.' I turn into a therapist by the end of my appointments. We see crying and people walking out."

When she's off the clock, Krystle spends time with friends and family and explores Atlanta. "I really love the events in Atlanta—there are all kinds of festivals, from jazz and beer to outdoor events." This foodie also enjoys finding new restaurants. Just don't expect to see her head-to-toe in black like she is on the sales floor. "I have a classic sense of style, but I'm always wearing a pop of color. Coral, pink, magenta, bright blue—bold colors that I wear with belts and accessories to accentuate my figure."
