"Kung Fu Panda 2" from Dreamworks Animation is a sequel to the smash-hit "Kung Fu Panda," starring the voice talents of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Jackie Chan, Gary Oldman and Dustin Hoffman.
In "Kung Fu Panda 2," we find Po (Jack Black) living his dream. He is the famed Dragon Warrior, and he protects the Valley of Peace alongside his friends and fellow kung fu masters, The Furious Five. Also returning from the first film is the kung fu guru and Po's mentor, Master Shifu (Dustin
Hoffman), and James Hong as Mr. Ping, Po's father and the proud owner of the most popular noodle shop in the village.
Po's new life of total awesomeness is threatened by the emergence of a formidable new villain, Lord Shen (Gary Oldman), who plans to use a secret, unstoppable weapon to conquer China and destroy all kung fu. Po must look to his past and uncover the secrets of his mysterious origin; only then will he be able to unlock the strength he needs to succeed.
