Season 1 On Season 1, the former Laguna Beach queen is ready to give up the safety and comfort of home to venture out into the world. Lauren Conrad has tried to leave before but always ended up right back in the O.C. Now Lauren Conrad is determined to make it work in Los Angeles, where she'll be free from the stifling cliques of Laguna Beach, her parents, and boyfriends (for now...). Lauren Conrad has her own apartment with her best friend, Heidi Montag; she's taking courses at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising; and she landed her dream internship at Teen Vogue. Can Lauren Conrad prove herself in the fast-paced publishing world, handle the pressures of school, and adjust to the social whirlwind that is Los Angeles, or will she once again pack it in for Laguna Beach.
Season 2 By the start of Season 2, Lauren Conrad turned down a dream internship in Paris to spend the summer with Jason, but things didn't go according to plan. Whitney took her place in France, while Lauren Conrad spent the summer breaking up with her boyfriend. Lauren Conrad would rather put the summer behind her, but her disapproving boss won't let her. Lauren Conrad now has everything to prove, as she and Whitney return to Teen Vogue and take on more responsibility than ever, including a new intern from New York. On the social front, Lauren Conrad is still in shock from her split with Jason, but she's determined to enjoy her single status. Lauren Conrad thought having a boyfrriend was hard, but she's about to discover that being single in a big city isn't any easier. Season 3 In Season 3, Lauren Conrad has more to deal with this year than ever. Lauren Conrad faces new pressures at work as she and Whitney prepare for their biggest challenge at Teen Vogue yet. Lauren Conrad also has a new roommate and a new wing woman in Audrina, and the two of them are hitting the Hollywood dating scene in a big way. But Lauren Conrad 's past is never far behind: Jason is trying to put his life back together, and he's reached out to Lauren for help. Can Lauren Conrad and Jason really be just friends after everything they've been through? Lauren Conrad hasn't spoken to Heidi since she moved in with Spencer, but with Heidi going through as many changes, it won't be long before she misses her best friend. What will Lauren Conrad do if and when Heidi decides she wants her best friend back? Lauren Conrad has learned from past mistakes, but this year... anything can happen. Season 4 In Season 4, Lauren Conrad has more to juggle than ever before. Lauren Conrad moved into a house with her best friends Audrina and Lo, but the two of them can't seem to get along. With Lauren Conrad caught in the middle, it's up to her to keep the whole situation from falling apart. Meanwhile, Lauren Conrad has started dating Doug, a guy from her home town of Laguna Beach. He's handsome, charming and wealthy—everything a girl could ask for. But sometimes you can't just pick up where you left off, so the two will have to decide where they go from here. At work, just when Lauren Conrad is given more responsibility, someone is let go at People's Revolution and Whitney and Lauren may be on separate paths. Lauren Conrad also has her hands full with her newest friend, Stephanie, who happens to be Spencer's sister. Everyone keeps warning Lauren Conrad not to trust Stephanie, but Lauren is determined to make up her own mind. Will this be the season where trusting her instincts pays off, or will Stephanie Pratt prove her wrong? All of Lauren Conrad's friendships are in jeopardy, but if Los Angeles has taught her anything, it's that good friends are worth fighting for. Season 5 In Season 5, Lauren Conrad faces some of the hardest decisions of her life. Lauren Conrad must decide if she should recommend Stephanie Pratt to work alongside her, knowing that Kelly Cutrone may eat her alive. And, Lauren Conrad will have to decide if it's time to move on from People's Revolution. Most of all, Lauren Conrad has to decide if she can risk becoming friends with Heidi again while Spencer is still in the picture. Can Lauren Conrad put aside all the horrible things Spencer has done to her in order to support her old friend when she needs her most?
