"Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events" (TV show) is an original series on Netflix that is based on the the internationally best-selling series of books by Daniel Handler that have sold more than 65 million copies and have been translated into 43 languages.

Starring Emmy and Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris, the series recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans — Violet, Klaus, and Sunny — whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parents' mysterious death.

The cast also includes Patrick Warburton as Lemony Snicket, Joan Cusack as Justice Strauss, Alfre Woodard as Aunt Josephine, Malina Weissman as Violet Baudelaire and Louis Hynes as Klaus Baudelaire.
