Leon Rippy stars as Earl on TNT's drama "Saving Grace."

Leon Rippy was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and made his stage debut when he was 7 years old as a gingerbread boy in "Hansel and Gretel." Leon Rippy's love for theater grew through plays in high school and college, followed by dozens of regional productions. Leon Rippy's first paid acting assignment was in North Carolina's famed "The Lost Colony" production.

Leon Rippy's numerous film credits include "Gridiron Gang," "The Alamo," "The Life of David Gale," "Eight-Legged Freaks," "The Patriot," "Beyond the Law," "Kuffs," "Moon 44," "Young Guns II" and "The Tracker." Leon Rippy was also a series regular on "Deadwood" and "The Visitor." As a guest star, Leon Rippy is fondly remembered for his portrayal of a cryogenically frozen country singer revived on board the Enterprise in "Star Trek: The Next Generation."
