Leslie Greif from "Chasing Mummies" stars in and executive produces the History Channel reality docu-series.

Leslie Greif is one of the most prolific writer/director/producers in the business, and has worked on motion pictures and television projects in virtually every genre over the past 25 years.

In the world of television, Greif established himself quickly when he co-created and executive produced the CBS runaway hit television series "Walker, Texas Ranger," starring Chuck Norris. The show ran for 204 episodes and is still seen around the world. Greif also produced and directed feature documentaries on two of America's most notable motion picture stars of the 21st century: "Steve McQueen: The Essence Of Cool" and the highly acclaimed "Brando," starring Al Pacino, Johnny Depp, Martin Scorsese, Sean Penn and Robert Duvall just to name a few. It opened both the Cannes and Tribeca Film Festivals in 2008. Airing on TCM, the documentary garnered Greif an Emmy nomination for his work.

Greif has gone on to create and produce numerous TV movies, series, miniseries and specials for all major networks. His television production company Boutique TV, Inc. has produced many hit television series such as "Gene Simmons Family Jewels," now in its fifth season, making it the longest running celebrity docu-series in television history. Also currently in production is "Teach," a docu-series in which Tony Danza leaves Hollywood behind and follows the path not taken as he returns to his pre-celebrity career dream of becoming a high school teacher.

Greif has produced and directed a number of feature film projects including the hilarious comedy "Funny Money" starring Chevy Chase, Penelope Ann Miller and Armand Assante. He directed the critically acclaimed film "Keys to Tulsa," an offbeat noir mystery with an illustrious cast that included Eric Stoltz, James Spader, Cameron Diaz, James Coburn and Mary Tyler Moore. Greif also produced New Line Pictures' cop drama "Heaven's Prisoners," starring Alec Baldwin and Teri Hatcher; as well as the Rodney Dangerfield farce "Meet Wally Sparks," which also starred Burt Reynolds.
