Lyndsy Fonseca plays Dylan Mayfair on ABC's "Desperate Housewives." Born and raised in Northern California, Lyndsy Fonseca and her family relocated to Los Angeles when, at thirteen years of age, she landed the role of Colleen Carlton on the award-winning CBS daytime drama, "The Young and the Restless," where she spent the next three years honing her craft. After ending her commitment on "The Young and the Restless,'" Lyndsy Fonseca went on to recurring roles on some of television's hottest shows, including a four-episode arc on David E. Kelley's award winning "Boston Public," the role of the daughter on CBS' "How I Met Your Mother" and as Donna on the HBO series "Big Love." Most recently Lyndsy Fonseca was a series regular on CBS' "Waterfront," playing the sharp-tongued, political activist daughter of Joe Pantoliano and Mary Stuart Masterson. Lyndsy Fonseca also guest starred on the hit series "House" and "CSI." On the big screen Lyndsy Fonseca starred in the edgy, coming-of-age independent feature film, "The Beautiful Ordinary," in which she played Dawn, a girl who is realizing and coming to grips with her sexual orientation. "Beautiful Ordinary" premiered at the Los Angeles Film Festival in June 2007 to rave reviews. Lyndsy Fonseca currently resides in Los Angeles with her dog, Romey. Lyndsy Fonseca spends her free time in dance class and acting class, as well as hiking, singing and hanging out with friends.
