Mackenzie Rio Davis stars in "Halt & Catch Fire" on AMC as Cameron Howe.

Mackenzie Rio Davis is an up-and-coming actress who made her film debut in Sony Pictures Classics' "Smashed," which won the Special Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival in 2012 and stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Aaron Paul and Nick Offerman. Davis next appeared alongside Felicity Jones, Guy Pearce and Amy Ryan in the independent film "Breathe In," which also premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Davis plays the part of a suspicious teenager whose family is shaken by the arrival of a foreign-exchange student.

Next up for Davis is "The F Word," starring Daniel Radcliffe and Zoe Kazan, and the romantic comedy "Are We Officially Dating?" with Zac Efron and Miles Teller.

Davis is a feminist with a degree in gender studies.
