Marc-André Grondin took the movie world by storm with his heart-wrenching performance as the troubled son in the acclaimed coming-of-age film "C.R.A.Z.Y," for which he earned a Genie Award nomination for Best Lead Actor, won the Best Canadian Lead Actor at the Vancouver Film Critic Circle Awards, and Best Lead Actor at the Jutra Awards (Quebec Film Awards).

In 2011, Grondin starred in the hockey comedy, "Goon," opposite Jay Baruchel, Seann William Scott and Liev Schreiber. In 2012, Grondin played the lead role in the French Canadian film, "L'Affaire Dumont," which garnered critical praise for his performance and a Canadian Screen Award nomination for Best Lead Actor in a Motion Picture.

Grondin also plays the title role in the French film "L'Homme qui rit" ("The Man Who Laughs"), opposite Gérard Depardieu and Emmanuelle Seigner, which had the honor of closing the 2012 Venice Film Festival. More recently, Grondin starred in "After the Ball," alongside Portia Doubleday and Chris Noth.
