Marshelle Fair stars in "DTLA," a drama series on Logo, as SJ.

Marshelle Fair is an actress/writer/producer hailing from St. Louis, Missouri. She was bitten by the acting bug at the age of six when she played an angel in her school's nativity play. She was hooked. You could do magical things on the stage. You could be anyone and do anything.

Her first taste of the biz was as a morning show producer and on-air sidekick for KLPW radio in St. Louis. She was cast in such films as cult hit "Labrador," Karen Arthur's "A Will of Their Own," and George Hickenlooper's "The Big Brass Ring."

After moving to Los Angeles, she booked several great roles, including an ensemble lead in "The Blair Witch Project" co-creator/director Dan Myrick's "The Strand," and has worked in projects with Celine Dion, John F.K. Parenteau, Finnish star Irina Bjorklund, and Sean Patrick Flanery, to name a few.

She is currently co-writing a feature that she plans on shooting next year.
