Matthew Scott Montgomery

Matthew Scott Montgomery stars in "So Random!" on Disney Channel in the recurring role of Matthew Bailey, which he originated in "Sonny with a Chance."

Matthew Scott Montgomery won Best Featured Performance in a Play at the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Awards in 2011 for his portrayal of Kendall Parker in "Yellow," directed by Del Shores. Montgomery was also awarded Best Featured Actor in a Play at the 2010 Backstage Garland Awards nominated in the same category at the 2010 StageSceneLA Awards. In addition, he was also nominated against such actors as Harry Groener and Chris Pine for Best Featured Performance in a Play at the 2010 L.A. Stage Alliance Ovation Awards.

On television, Montgomery has guest appearances in episodes of "Shake It Up!" and MTV's "Warren the Ape." He was also seen in an uncredited role in the Hallmark Channel original TV Movie "Expecting a Miracle," starring Jason Priestley and Teri Polo.

Montgomery attended private school at Trinity Christian Academy in Texas.
