"The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail" is a stand-up comedy series on Comedy Central that is hosted by Jonah Ray and Kumail Nanjiani. The series will spotlight today's hottest comedians on and off-stage.

The series takes place in the back of Meltdown Comics on Sunset Blvd., which was named "the epicenter of LA's alt-comedy scene" by The Hollywood Reporter. Each episode will feature some of the hottest stand-up comedians performing onstage and go behind-the-scenes with them as they hang out in the greenroom with a veritable who's who from the comedy scene. Previous comics to hit "The Meltdown" weekly, live show have included Robin Williams, Louie CK, Ed Helms, Aziz Ansari, Donald Glover, Jeff Ross, David Spade, Marc Maron, Dana Gould, Maria Bamford and Brian Posehn.

"The Meltdown with Jonah and Kumail" is executive produced by Jonah Ray, Kumail Nanjiani, Emily Gordon and Red Hour's Ben Stiller, Stuart Cornfeld, Debbie Liebling and Mike Rosenstein. Jonas Larsen and Toni Magon are the executives in charge of production for Comedy Central.
