Monica Rizzolo was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and is the daughter of a notorious Las Vegas family. Her father was a big player in town and built the infamous strip club, Crazy Horse Too. Monica's first foray into the tattoo business was as the receptionist for Hart & Huntington Las Vegas Tattoo.
