Nari Isakson from "The First 48: Missing Persons" is one of the police detectives featured in the A&E reality series.

Detective Nari Isakson, a 11-year police veteran, has worked Missing Persons for 3 years. The Chicago Police Department runs deep in her blood: her father, uncle, brother, and brother-in-law are all cops. Isaakson can't imagine a more challenging profession. "Somebody who's missing isn't there to talk to you, but their life is in your hands," she says. "Every minute that goes by is time lost."

Nari is famous with her fellow officers for her two-hour "Insanity" workout sessions at the gym. Her dedication and fiery spirit more than make up for her small stature.
