Neil Sandilands stars in "Hap and Leonard" on SundanceTV as Paco.

Neil Sandilands was born in Randfontein, South Africa, and is arguably one of the country's most versatile actors. He has been described as "vivid, flamboyant (and) thoroughly professional; he doubtlessly brings an electric excitement to both stage and screen that few actors can match." He has appeared on the covers of most of South Africa's leading magazines and been written about in newspapers and documented on numerous television shows.

Sandilands has won several awards for his work in television, theater and film, most notably as the recipient of the South African Academy of Arts and Sciences Award. In 2014, he also received a Clio for directing. His latest films are "Die Ballade van Robbie de Wee" (2014) and "Black Hat" (2015). In 2015, Sandilands guest starred on the critically acclaimed FX series "The Americans." He can also be seen in a recurring role on The CW's "The 100."

Sandilands currently lives in Los Angeles.
