'Good Luck Charlie' Continues to Impress in the Ratings



The new Disney Channel family comedy is television's No. 1 telecast for the 3rd straight week among young kids.

Delivering the week's No. 1 TV telecast for the 3rd consecutive week with all-new comedy "Good Luck Charlie," Disney Channel was cable's No. 1 network in Prime for the 263rd straight week in Kids 6-11 (974,000/4.0 rating), and for the 259th week in Tweens 9-14 (748,000/3.1 rating). In Total Viewers (2.3 million), Disney Channel was cable's No. 2 network in Prime, marking the net's 8th straight week placing among the Top 2 most-watched networks.

For the 3rd consecutive week, "Good Luck Charlie" (Sun., 8:30 - 8:55 p.m.) was the week's No. 1 TV telecast in Kids 6-11 (1.8 million/7.4 rating) and Tweens 9-14 (1.7 million/7.1 rating), and stood as Sunday's No. 1 cable telecast in Total Viewers (4.1 million).



Week to week, Good Luck Charlie grew by 8% in Total Viewers (4.1 million vs. 3.8 million), by 6% in Kids 6-11 (1.8 million vs. 1.7 million) and by 21% in Tweens 9-14 (1.7 million vs. 1.4 million).

• In Tweens 9-14, Disney Channel owned TV's Top 3 telecasts, and 5 of the Top 7 overall: "Good Luck Charlie" (No. 1 - 1.7 million/7.1 rating, Sun., 8:30 - 8:55 p.m.), "Wizards of Waverly Place" (No. 2 - 1.5 million/6.2 rating, Fri., 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.), "Sonny With A Chance" (No. 3T - 1.3 million/5.4 rating, Sun., 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.), "The Suite Life on Deck" (No. 6 - 1.2 million/5.1 rating, Fri., 8:00 - 8:30 p.m.) and "Phineas and Ferb" (No. 7 - 1.2 million/4.9 rating, Fri., 9:00 - 9:30 p.m.).

•  In Kids 6-11, Disney Channel delivered 2 of TV's Top 3 telecasts for the week: "Good Luck Charlie" (No. 1 - 1.8 million/7.4 rating, Sun., 8:30 - 8:55 p.m.) and "Wizards of Waverly Place" (No. 3 - 1.6 million/6.7 rating, Fri., 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.).

• Playhouse Disney's "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" was the week's No. 7 TV program in target preschoolers aged 2-5 (628,000/3.8 rating).
