NEW YORK, NEW YORK — Approaching its fifth consecutive summer win, while pacing to take the third quarter, USA will continue airing the most exciting originals on television straight through 2010 and into the new year! With original programming blocks that feature all-new episodes of returning hit originals "Psych," "Burn Notice," "Royal Pains" and "White Collar," USA keeps up the momentum with the premiere of its much anticipated newest original series, "Facing Kate," starring Sarah Shahi ("Life," "The L Word"), which joins the line-up in January.

USA's hot roster of hit series gives viewers something to warm up to as the days get shorter and the nights grow colder. November sees the return of fan-favorite "Psych" on Wednesday, November 10, at 10/9c with brand new cases waiting to be solved as well as a special Shawn & Gus version of the holiday classic "It's a Wonderful Life" on Wednesday, December 15, at 9/8c. "Burn Notice" follows with its premiere on Thursday, November 11, at 10/9c with the adventures of Miami's hottest burned spy.

"Facing Kate" centers on Kate Reed (Shahi), a top litigator frustrated with the endless bureaucracy and daily injustices she witnesses, who turns on the system to become the ultimate anti-lawyer: a mediator. Using her knowledge of the law, along with her savvy, intuition and a whatever-it-takes approach to resolving conflict, Kate finds the middle ground for a wide variety of adversaries—from Fortune 500 corporations to bitter divorces. After the death of her father, she finds herself at odds with the new boss, her stepmother Lauren Reed (Virginia Williams)...and in bed with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Justin Patrick (Michael Trucco), a top gun in the DA's office. Helping her keep all of this chaos at bay is her trusted, geek-chic assistant Leonardo (Baron Vaughn). "Facing Kate" was created and is written and executive produced by Michael Sardo. Steve Stark also serves as executive producer and the series comes from Universal Cable Productions.

In addition to the premiere of "Facing Kate" in January, two more top-rated series rejoin the schedule. "Royal Pains," featuring everyone's favorite concierge doctor, makes its winter arrival, as does the critically acclaimed hit "White Collar," bringing more intrigue and "bromance" into viewers' homes each week.
