'Fantasy Factory' Season 5 Returns with Corkscrew Flip



Premiering Monday, March 19, the new season will feature the most ludicrous stunt in the MTV show's history: a 360 degree car kickflip, which was previewed by 111 million people during Super Bowl XLVI.

SANTA MONICA, CA — Get ready for a double dose of Rob Dyrdek, when "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" returns to MTV for a fifth season starting Monday, March 19 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. The series will air back-to-back episodes all season.

Rob kicks off season five with the most shocking and death-defying stunt in "Fantasy Factory" history, by becoming "Super Sonic Rob" and attempting "The Corkscrew Flip," a literal 360 degree "kickflip" car jump, which was previewed by 111 million people during Superbowl XLVI and achieved only by few men in daredevil history. Rob's other adventures include Drama getting "mowed down" by an angry bull, Rob becoming an ordained minister and marrying his sister and future brother-in-law, and creating Dyrdek Day" an official Los Angeles City certified holiday celebrating kindness, hugs, and random charity towards everyone. Rob also reinvents his pop icon alter-ego Bobby Light as an overweight superstar named "Blobby Light," emerging from retirement to record a new single with Big Black and company titled, "Chunky as Charged," a celebration of all big people.



Along for the eccentric escapades are Rob's longtime friend Christopher "Big Black" Boykin, Rob's cousins Chris "Drama" Pfaff and Scott "Big Cat" Pfaff, the blonde bubbly "rapping receptionist," Chanel West Coast, and "Ridiculousness" co-host Sterling "Steelo" Brim.

Season four delivered the show's highest ratings ever, as more than 1.2 million total viewers tuned in to "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" each week.

"Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" is executive produced by Rob Dyrdek, Jeff Tremaine , Shane Nickerson, Christian Duguay and co-executive produced by Sara Lager. The show is produced by Dickhouse. Lauren Dolgen, Michelle Klepper, Kristina Edwards and Sara Cohen are the MTV executives in charge.
