Nicolina Royale from "Project Accessory" is one of the contestants on the Lifetime fashion accessory design competition series. She specializes in leather rock 'n' roll accessories. She is currently living in Los Angeles, California, but is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Since age 3, pageant competitions launched Nicolina's passion for crowns, fashion and style. When Nicolina Royale ("Project Accessory") was 7, her mom took her on a European holiday, with a stop that included England's
Musical inspirations were sealed in her teens. While at the University of Minnesota, Nicolina majored in communications, but her love of arts and crafts led her to explore the school's art department in jewelry design. Her passion continued to steer her on a path to fashion design. At age 19, Nicolina relocated to Hollywood, California, where she landed an "Entertainment Tonight" internship and a gig at the infamous Rainbow Bar & Grill as a server, followed by a job at a store on the famed Robertson Boulevard. There she built a client base with her unique, musically inspired jewelry designs with her signature authentic guitar pick cuff links and necklaces. Then, a Bloomingdale's executive saw a pair cuff links on one of her clients in New York and called her to arrange to carry her line in their stores. Voila! Nicolina Royale LLC was created in June 2007.
