Noah Silver stars in "Tyrant" on FX as Barry's (Adam Rayner) son, Sammy.

Up-and-coming actor Noah Silver is best known for playing the recurring role of Benito Sforza, whose family opposed the Pope, on Showtime's drama series "The Borgias." He also has a multiple-episode arc on DirecTV's limited series, "Full Circle," from director, screenwriter and playwright Neil LaBute. In addition, Silver was seen in the independent film "Jamie Marks Is Dead," which is a coming-of-age ghost story that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2014 and stars Judy Greer, Liv Tyler and Cameron Monaghan. Silver also appeared in the French TV movie "La Republique des Enfants" and the Israeli film "The Human Resources Manager."

Born in Miami, Florida, Silver moved with his family to France when he was just four years old. He graduated from Lycée François Premier in Fontainebleau, France, and was accepted by the University of Pennsylvania but decided to pursue an acting career instead.

Silver has dual citizenship in the U.S. and France and speaks both English and French.

Silver enjoys body-boarding, skiing, cycling, and playing the piano and guitar.
