Noah Valinsky from "Saddle Ranch" stars in the VH1 reality docu-series. He is a barback at the Saddle Ranch Chop House in West Hollywood, California.

Noah Valinsky ("Saddle Ranch") loves to perform—sometimes as a professional dancer, sometimes doing his signature "Enrique Iglesias Bull Ride" at Saddle Ranch. He is always goofing off and enjoying life. At 17, Noah's dad moved to LA but he stayed in Chicago with his friends.

After a year of trouble, he came out to LA and started dancing. While dancing is his passion, he is also interested in modeling and acting. Despite his edgy look, he still opens the door for old ladies and doesn't like being stereotyped by his tattoos.
