Noah Wyle received five Emmy nominations for his role as Dr. John Carter on NBC's "ER." Noah Wyle departed the series to spend more time with his family but continued to make guest appearances until it ended.

Noah Wyle has also enjoyed a successful movie career with roles opposite Michelle Pfeiffer, Jennifer Lopez and Julianne Moore. Noah Wyle's movies include, "Donnie Darko" (2001), "White Oleander" (2002), "Enough" (2002), and most recently, "The Librarian: Return to King Solomon's Mines" (2006).

Noah Wyle is happily married to make-up artist Tracy Warbin and the couple have a son and daughter. A native of Hollywood, California, Noah Wyle is also the voluntary artistic producer of the Blank Theatre Company in Hollywood.
